Foresee Report Clarifications and Limitations

A Foresee Report isn’t a guarantee, valuation, or appraisal. Foresee offers no warranty or representation about its Reports or inscriptions on them. The Report only details the characteristics of the described item after its assessment using Foresee’s current methods and tools. Results might vary if:

• The item is reassessed differently or by someone else.
• Advances in technology reveal previously undetected alterations.

Inscriptions, other than the Foresee Report number or trademarks, are determined by the client and don’t reflect Foresee’s stance.


Foresee can offer its Reports for a minor fee due to the value of the item because of certain liability limitations:

• NEITHER FORESEE NOR ITS STAFF AND REPRESENTATIVES BEAR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR EXPENSES FROM ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE REPORT OR ITS USE, EVEN IF THEY RESULT FROM FORESEE’S ACTIONS.
• UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, FORESEE AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES AREN’T LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS FROM ANY ERROR, OMISSION, OR USE OF THE REPORT, EVEN IF INFORMED ABOUT POTENTIAL DAMAGES.

For public protection and Foresee’s interests, any use of the Report, Foresee’s name, trademarks, or logos for advertising or promotions is prohibited. The Report should not be cited as a guarantee, certification, valuation, or appraisal.
